		<description>Lookin&#039; good! I&#039;m happy to help with this stuff any time, and we still have that bit to finish up. It&#039;s funny how simple it seems to be in your head, but then how very long it actually takes to complete. Actually I think for non-professionals we did really well:
- we didn&#039;t make any major mistakes or waste any large sheets due to miscalcuated cuts.
- you calculated the number of sheets you needed *perfectly*, which even the pros that did my previous domiciles&#039; basement didn&#039;t do.
- your framing was pretty damn good, minus a few awkward spots.

Now the real test is with the mudding and taping. Haha...
