I'm happy to help with this stuff any time, and we still have that bit to finish up. It's funny how simple it seems to be in your head, but then how very long it actually takes to complete. Actually I think for non-professionals we did really well: - we didn't make any major mistakes or waste any large sheets due to miscalcuated cuts. - you calculated the number of sheets you needed *perfectly*, which even the pros that did my previous domiciles' basement didn't do. - your framing was pretty damn good, minus a few awkward spots.
